Our Process

1. Free Consultation

Contact our office at (909) 774‐1300 for a free phone consultation! Share your vision of your new
workspace with us and we will help make that vision come to life! Those interested in seeing our best
selling products in‐person can visit The Cubicle and Office Showroom located in Rancho Cucamonga.
Showroom and office hours are 8:30am‐5pm. Stop by and be greeted by our owner, Manny! Schedule
your appointment today!

3. Space Plan Design

After learning about your vision of your new workspace, our team here at Cubicle and Office, Inc. will create a free 2‐D and 3‐D rendering of what your new workspace will look like. These designs will then be emailed to you along with your free quote. Upon your reviewal of these designs, you are free to request any changes to the design such as: fabric or laminate color changes, design reconfigurations, or furniture additions.. After your requests are processed, our team will then quickly recreate and resend a new rendering of your workspace design accordingly until you are completely satisfied.

2. On-site Visit

During your free consultation, you will be asked if you have created a floor plan for your new
workspace. A floor plan is a 2-D drawing with detailed measurements of the layout of your
workspace. If you do not have a floor plan readily available, we will schedule an on-site visit to
your location an create one for you, free of charge! Visit our Service Locations page to see if we
can help you make your workspace work for you!

4. Delivery & Installation

After approval of your final design, it's time to get your new workspace to you! Cubicle and Office
delivery and installation times are available by appointment. Schedule your installation before or after you work hours for maximum productivity. We will help you find the best delivery time that works best for you! For larger orders, please allow for longer install times as there are many parts and hardware included. All furniture is cleaned and sanitized after delivery and installation. All orders are also available for pick‐up if self‐installation is chosen. Don't forget to leave us a Google review!
